The Fort Morgan High School Health Center makes it easy for students to receive the care they need within the comfort of their school and without missing class time, setting them up for a healthy and successful future.
Why Sign Up
Salud opened a health center at the Fort Morgan High School. All Fort Morgan students are eligible to receive care. This clinic provides medical, behavioral health and dental services when school is in session, giving students greater access to care and eliminating the need for outside services.

Costs
Medical and Behavioral health: Salud will bill Medicaid, Medicare, CHP+, and most private insurance plans. All copays will be waived for students.
Dental: Salud will bill Medicaid, CHP+ or Delta Dental if the student has that coverage. Students will NOT be charged for any service; this includes waiving copays, deductibles, and co-insurances.
Services Offered
Medical services include treatment plans for illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions (such as asthma or diabetes); diagnostic labs; health screenings; well-child visits; sports physicals; health promotion and education outreach; reproductive health services; and treatment plans for obesity and weight management.
Behavioral health services include mental health assessments, emotional wellness screenings, and therapeutic and coaching services. Treatment plans may focus on a variety of areas, including but not limited to: health literacy, healthy eating, trauma informed care, suicide prevention, depression, anxiety, grief, eating disorders, bullying, social media and its impact on mood, alcohol and drug use counseling, violence prevention, and tobacco use, cessation, and prevention.
Dental services include screenings and dental education, in addition to the SMILES program. Services provided through the SMILES program include screenings; fluoride and sealants to prevent the spread of cavities; virtual exams; and ITR.
Hours
Medical and behavioral health services are available Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm. Dental services are offered on Tuesdays, 8:00am to 3:00pm.
